At the end of the 1970s, Europe saw the emergence of a new generation of agile and affordable cars, such as the Volkswagen Golf GTI, symbolizing a shift toward the democratization of performance.
Its evolution led to the Renault 5 Alpine Turbo, followed by the Renault Supercinq Turbo.
Our miniature reproduces the 1978 Renault 5 Alpine, fitted with “bobbin-style” alloy wheels and an interior featuring tilting one-piece front seats. The engine hood and both side doors can be opened, while the steerable front wheels enhance the realism of this collector’s model.
