Accessible from the age of 14 without a license and limited to 45 km/h, it marked an entire generation of teenagers in the 1970s. Reliable, simple, and adaptable, the 103 evolved over the years to meet new regulations and received numerous technical and aesthetic improvements. In 1973, its success propelled Cycles Peugeot to the position of leading French moped manufacturer.
