The Mustang modelled was ordered by Ford's PR department with a factory-fitted rear wing, a £350 option, and the Custom Pack 3, which cost £2,465 and included a 1000W sound system, silver 19-inch forged alloy wheels and climate-controlled seats. It was delivered to Ford of Britain on March 5th, 2019, and loaned to EVO Magazine for a long-term test two weeks later. Although driven by various members of EVO's team, the main custodian was Deputy Editor, Adam Towler, who was very enthusiastic about the car, writing in his first report, 'I think it's fair to say I'm besotted with this big American in a way I can't remember being with a long-termer in years.'
