Rolls-Royce Ghost Light Blue 1:18

The Ghost was designed by Ian Cameron and built by Helmut Rield. Rield had led the development of the great Rolls-Royce Phantom. During the design phase, the car was codenamed ‘RR04’. Its most direct competitors were the Bentley Continental Flying Spur and the Bentley Mulsanne in the long version. Based on the styling of the Phantom, the Ghost is nevertheless 40 centimetres shorter than the latter, in order to appeal to a different type of customer than the Phantom. From 2011, a 17 cm longer version will be available. The car weighs 2,470 kg.
