The Opel Manta was the best-selling German sports car of the 1970s. Introduced in 1975, its second generation combined balanced proportions with impressive performance when equipped with the most powerful engine options, making it a serious competitor to sports coupés from Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Porsche and other renowned manufacturers.
In 1978, the Manta range was expanded with a second body style simply named the CC. Featuring a hatchback design and a large tailgate, the Manta CC offered additional practicality, more luggage space and a versatile interior. Limited to just 200 pieces, our Norev model represents the Opel Manta GT/E, the flagship version of the range as offered between 1982 and 1984.
