Hello Antanas Luksa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your Honda NSX-R (NA2) 2019 1/18 model.
We are truly sorry to hear that the grille above the engine arrived damaged and is not functioning as intended. This is certainly not the level of quality we aim to deliver, and we fully understand your disappointment.
We take feedback like yours very seriously, as it helps us quickly identify potential quality control or manufacturing issues. In your case, it is indeed possible that the defect originated during production rather than transport.
To help resolve this situation as quickly as possible, we kindly invite you to contact us directly (or reply to this email) and, if possible, include a few photos of the item received. This will allow us to provide you with an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or another option).
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our products.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Team
