The Dino 246 is undoubtedly one of the most beautifully designed sports cars of all time, and the GTS, launched in 1972, is every bit as good as its coupé counterpart. The design is based on the Dino Berlinetta Speciale, which Aldo Brovarone designed for Pininfarina. The number 246 refers to the engine capacity (2.4 litres) and the number of cylinders (6). Just under 3,000 Dinos were produced in five years, including 1,274 GTS models.
