Renault Dauphine 1956 Turtledove Beige 1:87

Introduced to the European press in 1956, the Renault Dauphine was launched shortly afterwards and quickly proved a great success. This compact saloon stood out for its rounded lines and curved windscreen. Appreciated for its practical size and popular appeal, it had sold more than one million units by 1960, before being withdrawn from Renault’s European range in 1967. It was succeeded by the Renault 8.

Our Renault Dauphine collector’s model is finished in Turtledove Beige, just like the original. Its distinctive star-shaped wheels are fitted with soft tyres, while the bumpers are chrome-plated for even greater authenticity.
