Citroën Méhari Plage 1983 1:18
In the early 1980s, Citroën saw sales of the Mehari fall and tried to give it a new lease of life by creating a limited series... or rather two!
In 1983, Citroën introduced two new versions: the Azur, in blue and white, and the Plage, available exclusively in Atacama yellow. These two versions, manufactured at the Mangualde plant in Portugal, would never see each other on the market, as the Méhari Plage was reserved exclusively for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, while the Méhari Azur went on to conquer the rest of Europe.
The Norev miniature has the various specific features of this very rare series: openwork wheels, yellow soft top, yellow and white striped upholstery for the seats and, of course, specific Plage markings.
