Nissan NISMO GT-R LM Silver 1:43

€60.83

In the early 1990s, Nissan had a great deal of experience of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In 1994, the regulations were changed and prototypes were replaced by GT cars. Nissan, then the Japanese endurance champion with its Skyline, decided to send these racing models to Le Mans.

The GT regulations stipulate that homologated cars must be derived from a production car, even if only one exists. Nissan and Nismo built a single GT-R LM for the road, which is now in a museum in Japan.

In 1995, Nissan sent two Skyline R33 GT-R LMs to Le Mans. With 400bhp and a weight reduced to 1150kg, they fared well against the McLarens.
