The Rancho began its career as a MATRA SIMCA. It wasn't until 1979 that TALBOT MATRA appeared on the bonnet of the Rancho.
It's an extremely versatile all-road leisure vehicle that can "... cross the Ténéré desert, drive from Paris to Nice at an average speed of 120km/h and, if necessary, carry a large number of bulky parcels, even large pieces of furniture. And you can even sleep in it. The forerunner of today's SUVs?
The miniature reproduces a 1982 model with a few options: headlamps, towing hook, roof bars and winch. The interior has not been forgotten: you can see the seats, which have been decorated to represent their covering in fawn merlose cloth.
