Alpine A310 1600 VF 1974 Acropolis Orange 1:18
In the spring of 1973, in order to comply with the new anti-pollution standards, Alpine adjusted the engine of the A310 and used a 1600 VF "electronic injection" version equipped with the Bosch D-Jetronic system.
This change did not give the Alpine any extra power, but it did improve driving pleasure and fuel consumption.
Externally, it is immediately recognisable by the position of the air intakes on the front boot, its louver in place of the rear window and its 'barless' wheels.
Our miniature refers to a model that was immortalised in the car park of the Alpine factory in Dieppe.
The Acropolis Orange colour has already been offered by Norev on reference 185317: a 2020 Alpine A110 Légende limited to 110 units.
